My contribution
Owned an 80+ initiative roadmap, led the migration of 15 brands, and strengthened discovery and prioritisation across multidisciplinary product squads.
The outcome
Approximately 20% improvement in delivery velocity. Delivered work associated with 151% page-view growth and 46% stronger engagement.

My contribution
Owned key onboarding journeys and foundational systems. Designed, launched and analysed A/B experiments, and led AI-powered onboarding initiatives.
The outcome
Foundational systems and product improvements increased traffic into onboarding and onboarding performance by approximately 10%.

Help businesses and creators begin and grow their LIVE presence through a connected acquisition, education and activation journey.
My contribution
Developed the TikTok Business Hub and personalised For You Page onboarding. Developed guided setup and practice concepts, and explored AI-generated post-LIVE highlights.
The outcome
An education and activation destination, personalised onboarding experiences, and experimentation frameworks across activation, click-through, conversion and repeat LIVE behaviour.
